Kung Fu Uniwersalnego Źródła jest nową globalną metodą obrony która korzysta z CAŁOŚCI MOŻLIWOŚCI przy użyciu JEDNEGO ŹRÓDŁA SIŁY. Jednym z jej celów jest wyzwolenie osoby z konieczności ćwiczenia stylu na rzecz wolności wyboru. Ideą przewodnią jest Wolność. Każde słowo z nazwy zawiera w sobie szersze znaczenie :

KUNG FU – biegłość w danej dziedzinie osiągnięta poprzez poświęcenie czasu i pracy.
UNIWERSALIZM – używanie uniwersalnych rozwiązań , metoda obejmująca wszystko :

całość możliwości ciała ( wszystkie możliwe zakresy ruchów szkieletu oraz ich wszystkie wzajemne relacje względem siebie ).
całość możliwości wewnętrznych ( świadomość ).

ŹRÓDŁO – sedno sprawy , motor działania danej rzeczy , zbiór fundamentalnych zasad i zachowań , które sprawiają że Kung Fu działa.

W naszej szkole przywiązuje się bardzo dużą uwagę do wielowymiarowości treningu. Sprowadza się ona do pięciu idei :

ŚWIADOMEGO PANOWANIA NAD CIAŁEM – treningu ciała ( narzędzia do pracy ) za pomocą świadomości ( wnętrza ).
CAŁOŚCI – umiejętności korzystania ze wszystkich możliwości.
SZTUKI – działalności na najwyższym możliwym poziomie.
STRATEGII – umiejętności wyboru najlepszych rozwiązań.
SKUTECZNOŚCI – wygrywania podczas obrony koniecznej na ulicy.
